Cabbice is a newcomer to the fresh market with very thin and crisp leaves, recommended for salads and the earliest pickles.

This new cabbage variety has a rapid growth rate. It forms uniform, round heads in about 80 days. It does not crack and can be left in the field for up to 3 weeks. Very healthy. Its very thin and crunchy leaves make it perfect for fresh cabbage salads. Cabbice is a variety that can also be used for the earliest pickles, even earlier than Landini. Tolerant to summer heat.
