Melodio is a carrot variety with high tolerance to cracking during harvesting and machine processing. This variety is recommended for storage; produces smooth, blunt roots; nice colour; small core.
Recommended for growing on both mineral and organic soils. Does not crack easily and is suitable for machine harvesting and processing with minimal losses. Strong stems enable combine harvesting by leaves.
