The Raft variety is our most popular cauliflower for the fresh market throughout the summer. Also, for the industry for florets - from August until the end of the harvest period.
The growing period is very stable with less than 75 days from planting in the summer. In the autumn, it is ready for harvesting approximately 80 days after planting.
Short harvest period.
Resistant to aphids in the summer. Produces heavy, snow white heads.
It is chosen by many growers because it is robust and resistant to fungal diseases.
