Cabosse F1 NEW Cuor di bue (Buffalo Heart) tomato of elongated shape.
for growing in tunnels on 6-8 clusters
red heart shape fruit, 200-250 g
superb taste
Moderate vigour and reduced leaves are typical for this variety. It is advisable to leave some leaves on side shoots on plants carrying a heavy fruit crop. They form clusters with 3 – 4 fruit. Buffalo heart or, if you prefer, cocoa pod* shape.
The fruit is virtually seedless with very little juice; beautifully red skin and flesh. Brilliant for preserving at home.
Cabosse is a variety often compared to Cornabel, but with longer shelf life.
* This is a new variety in Vilmorin range. The word cabosse (de cacao) means cocoa pod in French.
