Dutchman is a variety of pointed cabbage for growing in the field throughout the vegetation period.
It produces uniform heads, increasing its commercial value. The head is slender with a distinct spike at the end and grows up to 5.5 lbs (1.5 kg). Intensely green, thin, very tasty leaves.
The variety is resistant to diseases, in particular to Xanthomonas. Dutchman can be stored in a refrigerated warehouse for 2-3 months.
