Florella is the latest variety for growing under cover in spring, summer and autumn. Produces uniform, spherical bulbs with thin root. The bulbs are intensely red and shiny.
Short vegetation period. Firmly set, short stem – even during the summer heat. Long shelf life after harvesting. Florella is resistant to downy mildew (IR) – both leaves and bulbs, and to Fusarium (IR). It is recommended for bunching and trimming.
Its uniform bulbs allow mechanical harvesting.
