Juventa F1 is a new, early variety for growing in spring under flat foil or agro textile cover. Planted about March 15 and ready to harvest in the second half of May - about 70 days after planting.
The variety has strong vigour and a very well closed leaf underside.
A short harvesting period of about 7 to 10 days. The heads are snow white, compact and can stay in the field for a long time without losing their shape.
Cauliflower Juventa can be also successfully grown for autumn harvest as a catch crop. It is therefore recommended to plant it no later than 20 July.
