Due to its very high yield and compact, white internal structure, it is recommended for pickles, mainly after storage - in winter and spring. Structura is a variety very similar to the well known and liked variety Strukton, but is more uniform and produces higher yield. It forms perfectly spherical heads on tall stems that allows mechanical harvesting.
