The field tomato Scooter F1 (ISI 31060) is versatile - for the industry and fresh market early variety for the industry and fresh market elongated fruit with an average weight of 100-120 g A versatile field tomato for hand or combine harvesting. Fruit is elongated, firm, shiny and with thick flesh. The plant has moderate vigour. The recommended standard density for this variety is about 25,000 plants/ha. Scooter F1 can be used for whole canning or freezing. Its fine fruit quality (dark red, shiny) makes it appealing for the fresh market. Fruit size allows manual harvest. Fruit ripen in clusters and easily detach from the pedicel.
