Camaro F1 is a variety of beetroot with a perfectly spherical, dark red root and smooth skin (the flesh retains its colour even after cooking). High sugar content. Solidly attached leaves that leave a very small mark on the root after harvesting.
Camaro is a healthy variety with strong vigour and high yielding. The leaves can be used as chard.
