This variety of onion with white skin is popular on the Polish market. Maxia has a very strong root system and high yield.
Large onions (80 mm diameter) with shiny white skin. The skin, as for this type of onion, is strong and well adhered. Storage is possible for approx. 3 to 4 months from harvest.
Maxia is recommended for harvest with white skin and for green bunching. Recommended sowing rate: for industry 2.2-2.5 units/ha, for fresh market 2.5-3.0 units/ha.
